Support includes visits and emotional support from Mrs. Claus, comfort kits for children, caregiver encouragement, virtual connection, memory-making activities, and connection to additional community resources based on each family’s unique needs. Every interaction is designed to help children and families feel supported, comforted, and less alone during difficult moments.

No. Families may contact us directly, and we also accept referrals from hospitals, hospice organizations, schools, emergency response agencies, social workers, and community partners.

Some specialized programs, including certain creative healing art sessions, may require referrals, registration screening, or age-specific placement to help ensure the best experience and emotional safety for participating children.

When appropriate, we may also help connect families with additional community or mental health resources.
